Fox 38 Float Performance GRIP 2025 fork. The 38 is the stiffest enduro fork in the Fox lineup and this is your entry level into that platform.

The GRIP damper uses Fox's FIT sealed cartridge technology combined with a coil-sprung, independent floating piston. GRIP allows excess oil to purge through specially designed ports at the top of the damper to maintain consistent damping and increase durability.

The Float EVOL air spring optimizes small bump sensitivity by increasing negative air spring volume. Its linear spring curve delivers plushness off the top, extra mid-stroke support, and more tunable bottom-out progression.

Whilst superb value in its own right, this fork is ripe for a cartridge upgrade further down the line. Options exist from Fox, Faast Suspension, Smashpot etc.
